WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
AB Apparel offers Priority Shipping, Express shipping, and International shipping. Priority orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days unless you select Express or Local Pickup at checkout, your order will ship within 1 business days.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
After your order is received and processed, you will receive your tracking number within 24hrs of shipping via email.
HOW CAN I GET LOCAL PICKUP?
AB Apparel offers local pickup for Jacksonville, FL Beauties on the south side of town. This shipping option can be selected during check out. Location and times will be texted or emailed to the contact you provided during purchase.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All packaging MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce/avoid damage during handling. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Follow steps below for return!
Step 1 - To make a return, submit your request to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number within 2 days of delivery date.
Step 2 - Once request is accepted, return order and provide tracking number via email. Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. Also, a 25% restocking fee is required on returns and exchanges. If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product, we will cover the return and restocking cost.

-Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear

Sezzle allows 4 installments on your purchase with 25% being your first payment and additional payments every two weeks. Sezzle automates the remaining payments through whichever payment method on file. Sezzle is interest free and does not impact your credit. However, late fees occur if payments are not payed on time.
