Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All packaging MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce/avoid damage during handling. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Follow steps below for return to receive an item equal or less of value or a store credit!
Step 1 - To make a return or exchange, submit your request to email@example.com with your order number within 2 days of delivery date.
Step 2 - Once request is accepted, return order and provide tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org. Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer within 2 days of store’s acceptance. A store credit will be given in the form of a digital gift card. If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product, we will cover the return.

-Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear
